NYSC 2015 Call-up Letter Printing to be N3000-NANS
Prior to the N4000 initial NYSC online Call-up letter printing, the National Association Of Nigerian Students (NANS) on behalf of prospective corps members have asked for N1000 deduction which will make the price N3000 for prospective corps members.
This request from NANS was made after consideration of the effect of the N4000 on prospective corps members, given the fact that most of them have stayed at home for long in the house and do not have as much as N4000 to pay for online call-up letter printing.
The National Association Of Nigerian Students (NANS) in support of the initiative by the NYSC on NYSC online mobilisation system, stated that upon reduction, the online registration and mobilization of students should be made compulsory.
From the foregoing, it was concluded by the NYSC that there is no going back to the old system of NYSC mobilization, though the N3000 to be considered as this was the outcome of due consultations with students’, Joint Campus Committees, stakeholders, leadership of the four zones of National Association of Nigerian Students, Students’ Union Governments and past leaders.
